Value Range Selector for Controls

- Knobs, sliders, and wheels can now be one-way (uni-directional, starting from zero) or two-way (bi-directional, with a center position)

Predictable Starting Positions

- All knobs now start at zero when you create a new patch (instead of random positions)

- One-way knobs start all the way to the left, two-way knobs start at center

- Cleaner, more professional starting point for building patches
